We initially heard of Robin through a referral, but after just a quick initial phone call with her I knew we'd found the right realtor to work with. Robin is extremely thorough and provides great guidance to first time home sellers. She makes sure you understand market dynamics, what to expect in the sales process, and even where to spend your time/money getting your house ready for sale. She is a wealth of knowledge about market trends and provides information for you to make your own decisions without being pushy. She went out of her way on several occasions to be available when we were out of town (and vice versa while she was on vacation) and she even helped us organize contractors for some last minute repairs that needed to be made following the inspection. She and her team were super dedicated throughout the entire process so that no detail went unnoticed and we didn't have to scramble to get anything done.

Let me start this by saying if we could give Robin 100 stars I don't think it would be sufficient enough to cover how AWESOME she is. Moving from out of state in and of itself presents enough challenges, and boy did Robin step up and just knock it out of the park. Without Robin by our side, I'm pretty sure we would have ended up having to rent out another apartment. She is EVERYTHING you want in a real estate professional... her attention to detail, knowledge, tenacity, and willingness to put in the extra work is one of a few things that sets her apart from other agents. e weren't her largest $$ amount of clients, but wow did she make us feel special. She seemed to be always available and responded to any and all questions extremely fast. She is super organized, which in turn, helped us be organized throughout the process. Robin and her team consistently were in communication with our home builder, and when things looked like they might get delayed, she used her years of experience to loop in anyone and everyone to ensure that we were able to move into our home ON TIME. This is all in a crazy market where supply costs have shot up and delayed deliveries. I highly recommend Robin and her team as they were amazing throughout my home buying process. At the time of purchase, I was in a state of constant stress with work and additionally, the builder wanted to close in 30 days or less! In stepped Robin, my realtor. I do not think we would have made it through this home buying experience had Robin and her team not been there with us every step. When I began my search to buy a house in west Austin in 2022— the worst time to buy— I was sure it would have to be a major fixer upper since house prices were so high. I told her I was patient and would wait for the price to drop drastically. Robin was kind enough to not roll her eyes at that statement and was even more patient with me over the following months. : ) After waiting quite a while for that house price to drop—the price actually increased $100k— I looked at several other possibilities with Robin, which were disheartening to see how little was out there in my price range. She asked me what my top price was, and I told her the amount was what I netted on the sale of my house. I am retired and did not want to go into any debt, but I knew it would be difficult to find anything at that price, and Robin confirmed that. Then one morning she called about a house in Marble Falls that the owner was very motivated to sell, and the potential offer price was the amount I was willing to pay. Robin showed the house to me that very same day. It was by no means a fixer upper, but pristine and beautiful, and it ticked off everything on my list and more. We made the offer that afternoon, which was accepted! Needless to say, I’ve had to get rid of extension ladders, barn doors, tools, paints, etc.— all the things I thought I would need for a fixer upper because this house was so well maintained and needed no fixing up. Robin has been the best realtor I’ve ever worked with, and even though this sale was at the lower end of the market, she treated me as if I were her most important client. So by the grace of God, Robin Coleman, and a dog that had gotten out of its yard that she rescued and in the process learned about this house, I am settled in my dream home with no debt.
